They put that notion in our heads from an early age. If I had known that there were gals who liked sci fi and comic books out there I would have tracked one down when I was single. Alas, I settled for one who does not, but I love it there they are out there.
I got me one! Well, she doesn't dress as Leia, but she's pretty hot.
And, we just spent a week watching Season 4 of Bab 5. Two or three a night. When I brought her the DVDs she looked at me the way some women look at men who bring them furs and such.
And Torchwood? Man, she couldn't get enough Torchwood.
What a gal.
