It was made in 2005 and shown at the 2nd annual Stumptown Comics Fest.

That was a great day and a great documentary. I loves my Portland, I would hug it but it is kind of cold and muddy right now.
This is so wonderful, I remember when it was shown at the Stumptown Con...really cool!
Was that Mini-Snab reading a comic seated at a picnic table?
Ah, I miss Portland! Of course, I've been away so long I probably wouldn't recognize the place (though the scenes in that video definitely got the nostalgia glands pumping).
