I found a site that's all comic news,Pulp Secret. They do comics video blogs as well a hosting comic reviews. Looks like I have another place to checkout for rumors and breaking comic book news.

I hear ya on the waiting thing - perhaps you can volunteer and thus get a quicker pass into the events you want to attend?
Perhaps there's some blogs w/tips & tricks of how to navigate the Comic Con to "maximum joy" too...
Just some ideas-I hate wasting time in lines too....

LB - there are sites that have info but the most people were taken by surprise at how many folks came.
I think Hollywood may kill the con.

Not bad, but I'm a big fan of Geek Week . Their Secret Wars re-enactors was genius and their coverage of San Diego 2006 was pretty fun.
dean - I didn't read it, I'll check it out. In the case of hollywood they have already ruined it about 15 years ago.
