Have a green, sheen kinda' day! Remember everybody's Irish on St. Patrick's Day... even Batman!
Cover from Batman: The Long Halloween #6 (St. Paddy's issue)
The Long Halloween, along with Batman: The Man Who Falls, Batman: Year One, and various comics from the 1970s, all served as inspiration for the 2005 film release Batman Begins, as well as the upcoming sequel, The Dark Knight. It is also a personal favorite of current Batman star Christian Bale. Dan DiDio has said there is a possibility for an animated adaptation during a Q and A at Wondercon.from wikipedia

I'm half Irish even when it isn't St. Patricia's day.
I'm working on that saint part but I haven't made the grade yet.
Happy St. Patricia's Day to you!
Have some fizzy pop and picnh me all you want.
bah.
I say,

Batmam vs. St. Patrick
Batman lands a vicious right across St. Patrick's jaw. A leprechaun henchman dumps a Pot O' Gold over Batman's head knocking him senseless. Batman is suffocated with a handful of colcannon and corned beef fat.
Game Over. St. Patrick wins.
I love that cover, St. Pat's is one of my fav Holidays. I'm going to have to check it out!
Nice!
Happy St. Pats.

How about Batman vs. the Leprechaun dude from that bad series of horror flicks! On second thought, that just might be a leftover from last night's spirits.
POP – Thanks a lot and Happy P to you too. I’m about 2/5 Irish myself, or something like that.
Dr. S – Heh heh,
Snab – Of course he wins, but I would sure like to see a comic like that!
LB – They have the Long Halloween in a trade paperback!
Dean – It’s supposed to be one of the great Batman stories.
Randal – Hah Hah, but that actually seems like a real Batman villain from the Silver Age.
Well, ye must be French-kissing the Blarney stone to convince anyone that Batman is Irish!
May Saint Patrick forgive ye.
Something else that is very Irish - Green Kryptonite!
panda - I sure hope he does!
Dr. Zaius - Now that's a present that Superman wouldn't forget
