Happy New Year: Yesterday Dies Today!

The old 1970s Deathlok the Demolisher cyborg is another of my favorite characters. I felt the cover blurb "Yesterday Dies Today!" from Astonishing Tales #31 very appropriate for the New Year.

I think he shoud be the new Capatin America!

Be safe and have fun.

Nice new banner!

Actually, when Excaliubur was traipsing through the multiverse they ended up on a world full of twisted Marvel heroes. Alan Davis actually gave their version of Captain America a Deathlok-esqe eye and mask.

Selba – and to you too! I hope the comics will be great! Happy New Year!

Arkonbey – thanks. As for Deathlok Cap, Ah yes, you have passed my secret test. That was what was thinking of. His appearance was in issue #14 of Excalibur as part of the Crosstime Caper. Your Comic Fu is strong Grasshopper. Happy New Year!

BAC - And to you BAC, thanks for dropping by on the 1st day of 2008

LB – Happy New Year lady Bug!

Deathlok rocked. Kamandi and Deathlok were my favorite comics in the '70's.
