Army of Darkness/Xena 2

While reading the publisher page in Army of Darkness/Xena: Why Not? #3, I've discovered that this mini series has been really successful. It's so successful in fact that Dynamite Entertainment has decided that a second outing for Ash and Xena is a must. No details yet but this is great news for all you horror-comedy, sword & sorcery fans out there.

Give me some Sugar Xena!

Not just one, but TWO chin butts.

If they could combine this with Firefly and Angel, Dean Wormer would love it.

I'm jealous of her thighs.

OD-

Bruce Campbell wasn't in those shows. If they combined it with Bubba Ho Tep or Jack of All Trades then we might have something.

swine-

Remember this is the comic that forced me to break down and get a box becasue it was sold out. Glad to hear they're doing more.

Oh. Was Campbell in Xena. I didn't know because I never watched that show.

I may switch boxes from TFAW to CM just with that in mind.

OD-

You really need to read Campbell's first book. It hysterically funny but also an incredibly cool story of how some neighborhood kids from Detroit (Sam Raimi, Rob Tappert and Campbell) grew up to be Hollywood players.

Well Raimi and Tappert anyway.

Tappert produced the Hercules and Xena shows and regularly employed Campbell as an actor and a director.

The whole premise of Xena/ Army of Darkness is that one Campbell character is meeting another. Look at the pic Swine put up and you'll see it.
