It's raining men with nosebleeds?
That cover reminds of the Michael Crichton movie "Coma" (1978) where people were put into an induced coma, suspended from the ceiling by wires and their organs harvested as needed.
Narcoplis is a sci-fi comic that's a cross between Logan's Run and 1984 with a little bit of future speak in manner of a Clockwork Orange.
You have to concentrate some as the characters use their own language.
